Overview
The OptiMod Lightbox Side Module is a high-performance linear LED solution engineered for edge-lit lightboxes, channel letters, and commercial signage systems. Designed for uniform light distribution, this 24V DC module delivers consistent output and optimized beam control for single- or double-sided lightboxes up to 4–3/4 in (12 cm) deep. With a focused 15° × 25° beam angle and integrated secondary optics, it ensures even illumination across surfaces. The IP65-rated construction supports both indoor and outdoor applications, while the cuttable design enables efficient layout and installation for custom sign configurations.

Installation
The module is designed for side-mount placement in edge-lit assemblies. It can be surface-mounted using integrated 3M adhesive backing or secured with screws for added stability. Compatible with standard 24V DC LED drivers and dimmable power supplies. The cuttable design allows for precise field adjustment, and pre-attached lead wires on both ends simplify power feed and daisy-chain connections.
